At Victor Hernandez Law, our team of dedicated immigration attorneys brings a wealth of experience and a passion for helping clients navigate the complexities of immigration law.
Victor Hernandez
Victor E. Hernandez, Esq. was born and raised in San Diego, CA. He completed his undergraduate studies at Rider University in Lawrenceville, NJ, and graduated from New York Law School in 2020. Victor has been licensed to practice law in New York since May 2021 and in California since April 2023. He began his legal career as an associate attorney at The Cruz Law Office, APC, in San Diego, CA, where he gained extensive experience representing clients in Removal Proceedings, Adjustment of Status Interviews, and petitioning for Special Immigrant Juvenile Status. Throughout his career, Victor has successfully represented over 400 individuals in Immigration Court. Inspired by his passion for immigration law and a desire to provide more personalized legal services, Victor decided to open his own practice to better serve the needs of his community.
Genesis Soler
Genesis Soler was born and raised in Tijuana, Baja California. She is an attorney licensed to practice law in Mexico and has experience working with the Legal Office of the Federal Energy Company (Comisión Federal de Electricidad) in Tijuana. Genesis became a Permanent Resident of the United States two years ago, a personal journey that has enhanced her empathy and sensitivity towards the clients she serves. Her experience with the immigration process fuels her dedication to helping others achieve legal status in the U.S. In her leisure time, Genesis enjoys visiting lakes, starting with local ones and planning to explore others across different states.
Mariana Delgado
Mariana Delgado was born and raised in Chula Vista, CA. She completed her undergraduate studies at San Diego State University with a Bachelors of Science in Criminal Justice and a Minor in Sociology. She will be returning for her masters in Criminology, Law, and Society in Fall 2025 at the University of California, Irvine . She was inspired to enter the field of immigration from her Mexican background, and both of her parents immigrated here from Mexico. Mariana is committed to help her community, and make a positive impact. In her free time she loves to visit coffee shops all over San Diego and hangout with her dog Saturn.
Raquel Silipo
Raquel Silipo, a Criminal Justice graduate from San Diego, is pursuing a legal career focused on advocating for those without a voice. Committed to justice and empowerment, she aims to attend law school and serve marginalized communities. Passionate about diverse cultures and languages, she values global perspectives and community involvement. In her free time, she enjoys cooking, traveling, and home improvement projects. Raquel approaches every endeavor with curiosity, compassion, and purpose. .
